Community Infrastructure Levy Examination

Cambridge City Council and South Cambridgeshire District Council has submitted a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Draft Charging Schedule for examination under Section 212 of the Planning Act 2008.

Mr Kevin Ward BA (Hons) MRTPI has been appointed as an independent person to carry out the examination.

The hearing is due to commence at 10am on Monday 12 October 2026 in the
Council Chamber at South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne, CB23 6EA.
