PSC FREYSSINET LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFIT SCHEME
NOTICE FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

The Trustee of the PSC Freyssinet Limited Retirement Benefit Scheme (“the Scheme”) hereby gives notice for the purpose of Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Scheme will shortly be wound up. The Trustee wishes to trace any persons who believe that they may have any right to benefits from the Scheme. Note that the right to benefits from the Scheme may also have arisen under previous names of the Scheme and/or benefits transferred from other arrangements including the PSC Equipment Limited Retirement Scheme.

Any claim must be registered with the Trustee by 7 December 2026. Once this date has passed, the Trustee of the Scheme will, in reliance on Section 27 of the 1925 Act, distribute any remaining assets and wind up the Scheme without regard to the claims of any beneficiary of whom the Trustee has not had prior notice and without liability to or in respect of any person whose claim or entitlement has not been notified to them by 7 December 2026.
