British Fermentation Products Limited
Retirement Benefits Scheme (“the Scheme”)
The Trustees of the Scheme hereby give notice for the purpose of section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Scheme will be wound up in due course.
The Trustees of the Scheme wish to trace any persons who believe that they may have any right to benefits from the Scheme or have any other claim against, or interest in, the Scheme. Any such persons should write to the Trustees of the Scheme at the following address giving full details of their claim and any benefits that they think they are entitled to, including their full name, address, national insurance number, dates of employment and copies of any relevant documentation as appropriate:

Any claim must be registered with the Trustees by 31 December 2026.
Once the date specified above has passed, the Trustees will distribute any remaining assets and wind up the Scheme without regard to the claims of any beneficiary of whom the Trustees have not had prior notice and without liability to or in respect of any person whose claim or entitlement has not been notified to them by 31 December 2026.
If you have already received an announcement from the Trustees regarding the winding-up of the Scheme, you do not need to write to the Trustees as they already have full details of your benefits in the Scheme.
