PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE AT VARIOUS PARKS IN POOLE & BOURNEMOUTH BY WAY OF LEASE ARRANGEMENTS (LISTED IN THE SCHEDULE TO THIS NOTICE)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Council of the Borough of Bournemouth intends to dispose of the facilities listed in the Schedule by way of granting new leases for periods up to 50 years and which form part of open spaces in Poole & Bournemouth.
The sites will remain available for public use subject to existing restrictions.
Any person who wishes to contact the Council about these intended disposals should make them in writing by 12 p.m. by 23.10.2026 addressed to BCP Council's Estates Manager, Town Hall, Bourne Ave, Bournemouth, BH2 6EB, or by email to estates@bcpcouncil.gov.uk. Please state which site your comment relates to.
