Clacton-on-Sea - Inspection of Parliamentary By-election Candidate Spending Returns

PUBLIC NOTICE

PARLIAMENTARY BY-ELECTION CLACTON CONSTITUENCY

I, Ian Davidson, Acting Returning Officer for the above constituency hereby give notice that I have received candidate pending returns from the candidates and election agents identified here (please see * against particular names and the note under this table):

*indicates that, as at the date of this notice, I have not received a return as to the election expenses of the respective candidate or his or her declaration or that of his or her election agent.

The returns and declarations (including accompanying documents) in respect of the above candidates and agents at the said election can be inspected at the Town Hall, Station Road, Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, CO15 1SE during office hours. At the point of this notice, normal office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm (excluding bank holidays).

The documents will be available for inspection for the next two years, beginning with the date when the return was received. Copies of the returns, declarations and/or accompanying documents may be supplied on payment of the prescribed fee.
