PROPERTY AT 228 TOWN STREET, MIDDLETON, LEEDS, LS10 3SH

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Leeds City Council is intending to dispose of property at 228 Town Street, Middleton being part of the open space at Middleton Park, Leeds, LS10 3SH for residential.

A plan showing the area of land which the Council is intending to dispose of can be obtained by writing to Peter Toothill in City Development, Asset Management and Regeneration, City Development, Leeds City Council, Merrion House, 110 Merrion Centre, Leeds, LS2 8BB or by email to peter.toothill@leeds. gov.uk quoting reference (PS-DO-0537) or by visiting www.leeds.gov.uk/open-space-notices 

In addition, a copy of the plan is available for inspection at Merrion House Reception (Merrion Way entrance), Merrion House, 110 Merrion Centre, Leeds, LS2 8BB between the hours of 9am and 5pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and between 10am and 5pm on Tuesdays. Objections to the proposed disposal must be made before 19th October 2026 and must be made in writing and addressed to Peter Toothill, Asset Management and Regeneration, City Development, Leeds City Council, Merrion House, 110 Merrion Centre, Leeds, LS2 8BB or by email to peter.toothill@leeds.gov.uk quoting reference (PS-DO-0537).
