Notice is hereby given that an Inspector will be appointed by the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs to determine Northamptonshire County Council

IN THE PARISH OF BRAUNSTON) DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER 2019

and will attend at:

West Northamptonshire Council, The Abbey Centre,
St John’s Square, Daventry, NN11 4XG.
On 3rd November at 10.00am

To hold a hearing into the Order

The effect of the Order, if confirmed without modifications, will be to add a Public Footpath ED33 running from National Grid Reference (NGR) SP 5409 6572 (point A on the Order map), to NGR SP 5395 6568 (point D on the Order map) where it joins the A45 London Road (The Wharf), following the discovery by the authority of evidence which (when considered with all other relevant evidence available to them) shows that a right of way which is not shown in the map and statement subsists or is reasonably alleged to subsist over land in the area which the map relates, being a right of way to which this part applies as shown on the Order Map. Any person wishing to view the statements of case and other documents relating to this Order may do so by appointment at West Northamptonshire Council Customer Contact Centre One Angel Square, Angel Street Northampton NN1 1ED.
