Certification of Works

Following the confirmation of the above Orders on 23 July 2026, I hereby certify that all works on the new route of Footpath LA2/32 have been carried out to the satisfaction of North Somerset District Council and that the footpath between the points A-B-C-C1-D-E-F on the map annexed to Order No.4 of 2026 is now in a fit condition for use by the public. In accordance with the provisions of Article 1 of the Order the footpath between the points A-F on the Order Map annexed to Order No.4 of 2026 shall be stopped up in accordance with the above Order.

I hereby certify that all works on the new route on Footpath LA2/31 have been carried out to the satisfaction of North Somerset District Council and that the footpath firstly between the points A-B-C-D and secondly from points A-A1 on the map annexed to Order No.5 of 2026 is now in a fit condition for use by the public. In accordance with the provisions of Article 1 of the Order the footpath between the points A-D on the Order Map annexed to Order No.5 of 2026 shall be stopped up in accordance with the above Order.
