Hysbysir trwy hyn, yn unol ag Adran 37 Deddf Adnoddau Dwr 1991 a Rheoliad 6 Rheoliadau Adnoddau Dwr (Tynnu a Chronni Dwr) 2006 i gais gael ei wneud i Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru gan Maelor Foods Limited i amrywio trwydded lawn i dynnu dwr, rhif cyfres WA/067/0007/0015, sy’n awdurdodi tynnu dwr o strata tanddaearol yng Nghyfeirnod Grid Cenedlaethol SJ 38673 46737. Gofynnwyd am yr amrywiad er mwyn:

• newid cyfeirnod y strata tanddaearol,
• ychwanegu pwynt tynnu dwr ychwanegol yn SJ 38612 46861
• cynyddu cyfeintiau mwyaf tynnu dwr i’r cyfaddau a’r cyfnodau canlynol: 112.5 metr ciwbig yr awr, 2,700 metr ciwbig y dydd a 985,500 metr ciwbig y flwyddyn, drwy’r flwyddyn; ac
• ychwanegu defnydd domestig fel diben ychwanegol.

Vary a full licence to abstract

Water Resources Act 1991 (as amended by the Water Act 2003)

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006 that an application has been made to Natural Resources Wales by Maelor Foods Limited to vary a full licence to abstract water, serial number WA/067/0007/0015, which authorises the abstraction of water from underground strata at National Grid Reference SJ 38673 46737. The variation applied for is to:

• change the underground strata reference,
• add an additional abstraction point at SJ 38612 46861,
• increase maximum abstraction volumes to the following rates and periods: 112.5 cubic metres an hour, 2,700 cubic metres a day and 985,500 cubic metres a year, all year; and
• add domestic use as an additional purpose.
