TAKE NOTICE that Patrick Beggan of 173 Eshnadarragh Road, Rosslea, Enniskillen, BT92 7LE has applied to the Land Registry under Section 53 of the Land Registration Act (Northern Ireland) 1970 to be registered as full owner of part of the land in the above folios described on a map which may be inspected at the office of the Land Registry at the address below.
Any person objecting to compliance with the application should write to the Registrar of Titles, 7 Lanyon Plaza, Belfast, BT1 3LP WITHIN 28 DAYS of the publication of this notice setting out valid grounds of objection. The County, Folio number and application number must be quoted on all correspondence. Unless any objection stating sufficient grounds is so lodged, registration may be effected pursuant to the application.
