Notice is hereby given that on 28 August 2026 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Hamilton Sheriff Court by Pamela Anne Weir craving the Court inter alia that H2O-INC WATER & BUILDING SERVICES LLP having its registered office at 1st Floor Maxim 1 Parklands Way, Holytown, Motherwell, Lanarkshire, Scotland, ML1 4WR be wound up by the Court and that DAVID MELDRUM, Insolvency Practitioner, of BK Plus Limited, 6th Floor, Gordon Chambers, 90 Mitchell Street, Glasgow, G1 3NQ and ANGELA PATERSON, Insolvency Practitioner, of BK Plus Limited, 41 Dundee Road West, Broughty Ferry, Dundee, DD5 1NB be appointed to act jointly and severally as provisional liquidator and after service, intimation and advertisement, interim liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 1 September 2026 appointed the said DAVID MELDRUM Insolvency Practitioner, of BK Plus Limited, 6th Floor, Gordon Chambers, 90 Mitchell Street, Glasgow, G1 3NQ and ANGELA PATERSON, Insolvency Practitioner, of BK Plus Limited, 41 Dundee Road West, Broughty Ferry, Dundee, DD5 1NB to act jointly and severally as provisional liquidator and ordained any persons, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
