Wimbledon - Pension Plan Wind-Up and Beneficiary Claims

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925 Europrint Holdings Limited Retirement Security Plan

Notice is hereby given that the Trustee of the Europrint Holdings Limited Retirement Security Plan ('the Plan') intend to distribute the assets of the Plan in order to wind-up the trust. The Trustee has recently issued communications to all members and beneficiaries currently receiving benefits or with a known entitlement to benefits under the Plan and wishes to trace anyone else who thinks they have (or might have) a claim against the Plan or an interest or entitlement to a benefit under the Plan. Therefore, the following persons are requested to write to the Trustee at the address given below on or before 18 November 2026: Any employee or former employee of Europrint Holdings Limited who believes that they were a member of the Plan who has not been recently contacted in respect of their membership of the Plan; or Any person who believes themselves to be a beneficiary of the Plan as a widow, widower or dependant of a deceased member of the Plan; or Any other person who believes they have a claim against, or an interest in, the Plan. Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and details of when they were members of the Plan (or where they are claiming as a widow, widower or dependant of a deceased member, when they believe this person was a member). After 18 November 2026, the Trustee may proceed to distribute the Plan's assets and wind-up the trust, having regard only to the claims of which written notice has been received and the interests and entitlements of and in respect of those members of the Plan of whom they have knowledge. The Trustee shall not be liable to any person of whose claim, demand, interest or entitlement they have not had notice in respect of the assets of the Plan or any part of it so distributed. Please note that if you have received any correspondence from the Trustee within the last six months then the Trustee is aware of your benefits within the Plan and there is no need to make a claim.
