Farleton Knott Common - Retention of Existing Stock Fencing on Common Land

FARLETON KNOTT COMMON - CL31

The Farleton Knott Commoners Association has applied to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for consent under section 38 of the Commons Act 2006 to retain an existing fence at the bottom of Farleton Knott Common. The Planning Inspectorate will decide the application on behalf of the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. The works to be retained are 550m of existing stock fencing running parallel to South West side of Puddlemire Lane between grid reference 354723 480864 and 355040 480418.
