Suffolk County Council has received an application from Sunrise Beverages Ltd for St Peters Hall, St Peter South Elmham, Bungay, Suffolk NR35 1NQ to be approved as a venue for the solemnisation of marriages in pursuance of Section 26 (1) (bb) of the Marriage Act 1949, and the registration of civil partnerships in pursuance of section 6 (3A) (a) of the Civil Partnership Act 2004.
Copies of the application and plans showing the proposed premises have been deposited and may be inspected free of charge at the offices of Suffolk County Council, Endeavour House, 8 Russell Road, Ipswich IP1 2BX between 9am and 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am and 4pm Friday.
Further copies of these documents have also been deposited at The Registration Office, Riverside Business Centre, 1 Riverside Road, Lowestoft, Suffolk NR33 0TQ and may be inspected, by appointment, between 9.30am - 4pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Any representation or objection with respect to this application may be sent in writing to Jane Parker, Head of Registration Services, Endeavour House, 8 Russell Road, Ipswich, Suffolk IP1 2BX or to: venuelicensing@suffolk.gov.uk before 08/10/2026 stating the grounds on which it is made.
