DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND –
Land at High Sparrowmire, Kendal, Cumbria
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Westmorland and Furness Council intends to dispose of Land at High Sparrowmire, Kendal, by way of an Option Agreement to Persimmon Homes Ltd and Messrs Ellis. The Land consists of an area of public open space.
A plan identifying the area of Land can be inspected at South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal LA9 4DQ during its office hours or by email request to steven.bradshaw@westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk.
