Notice is given that the Council is proposing to dispose of an area of land of approximately 15.3982 Hectares (38.0498 acres) situated at Weston Road, Bath (as shown on the plan) also known as Approach Golf Courses, High Common, Bath, BA1 2XP in order to grant a new lease to an operator for Golf and Footgolf.
A plan showing the location of the land in question is available on our website (www.bathnes.gov.uk/view-openspace-notices where you can also find out more about Open Space Notices), or at our offices in the Guildhall, Bath (reception) or Keynsham Library and Information Service, Civic Centre, Market Walk, Keynsham, BS31 1FS during the Council’s usual hours of business.
Any objections to the proposal should be addressed in writing (preferably in a signed letter) to the Council and sent to either CAM@bathnes.gov.uk or to The Guildhall, High Street, Bath, BA1 5AW quoting the reference PF05/RG3/1.
The Council will consider any such objections which are received by no later than 5 November 2026.
