HYSBYSIAD O BENDERFYNIAD CANIATÂD ASESU EFFEITHIAU AMGYLCHEDDOL
CML2612 AILOSOD PONT LWYTHO ABERGWAWN
Rhoddir hysbysiad trwy hyn fod Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru wedi cynnal asesiad o’r effeithiau amgylcheddol dan Reoliadau Gwaith Morol (Asesu Effeithiau Amgylcheddol) 2007 fel y’u diwygiwyd (‘y Rheoliadau Asesu Effeithiau Amgylcheddol’) mewn perthynas â Ailosod Pont Lwytho Abergwaun. Yn unol â Rheoliad 22 y Rheoliadau Asesu Effeithiau Amgylcheddol, mae Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru wedi penderfynu rhoi cymeradwyaeth asesu effeithiau amgylcheddol ar gyfer y prosiect yn amodol ar osod amodau.
Mae cadarnhad ysgrifenedig o’r penderfyniad caniatâd asesu effeithiau amgylcheddol ar gael i’r cyhoedd ei archwilio ar gofrestr gyhoeddus Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru. Mae’r cadarnhad ysgrifenedig yn cynnwys y prif resymau ac ystyriaethau yr oedd y penderfyniad caniatâd asesu effeithiau amgylcheddol yn seiliedig arnynt, crynodeb o’r ymgynghoriadau yr ymgymerwyd â hwy a’r wybodaeth a gasglwyd, casgliad am effeithiau’r prosiect ar yr amgylchedd, ac yr amodau sydd ynghlwm wrth y penderfyniad caniatâd asesu effeithiau amgylcheddol.
Mae’r cadarnhad ysgrifenedig o’r penderfyniad caniatâd asesu effeithiau amgylcheddol ar gael i’r cyhoedd ei archwilio yn ystod oriau swyddfa arferol, sef 9am tan 5pm, yn y Gwasanaeth Trwyddedu, Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru, Ty Cambria, 29 Ffordd Casnewydd, Caerdydd, CF24 0TP.

Os gofynnir am gopïau caled, efallai y byddwn yn codi tâl i dalu am y gost o greu copïau nad yw’n fwy na’r gost resymol o wneud hyn.
Mae Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru’n awdurdod priodol dan y Rheoliadau Asesu Effeithiau Amgylcheddol ac mae wedi derbyn swyddogaethau dirprwyedig fel yr awdurdod trwyddedu priodol gan Weinidogion Cymru at ddibenion Rhan 4 Deddf y Môr a Mynediad i’r Arfordir 2009.
