By interlocutor dated 2 July 2026, the Sheriff appointed notice of the import of the petition and interlocutor to be advertised once in Edinburgh Gazette and Kilmarnock Standard and appointed any person intending to show cause why the petition should not be granted to lodge answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Kilmarnock, Sheriff Court House, St. Marnock Street, Kilmarnock, KA1 1ED within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification.
