Public Path Diversion Order FOOTPATH 13 ELSENHAM, DISTRICT OF UTTLESFORD
In accordance with Section 257 and paragraph 8 of schedule 14 to the above Act, notice is hereby given that on 27 August 2026 Essex County Council certified that the replacement rights of way required under the terms of the above order have been created to its reasonable satisfaction. The order has now taken effect.
