NOTICE OF MISSING LANDLORD
MISSING LANDLORD - LEASEHOLD REFORM HOUSING & URBAN DEVELOPMENT ACT 1993 (AS AMENDED) (“THE 1993 ACT”)
Take notice that Sarah Rashley and Edwin Alexander Evans as leasehold owners of flats within the freehold title of 8 and 8b Monkton Street intend to acquire the interest in the freehold of the property (which is unregistered at the Land Registry) from the landlord John Philip Metcalfe who cannot be found.
The leaseholders intend to apply to the County Court, under the provisions of the Leasehold Reform Housing & Urban Development Act 1993, for a vesting order, if they are unable to give notice to the landlord with their location unknown.
