What is happening?

ROWLEY LANE COMMON

Charlie Peck has applied to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for consent under section 38 of the Commons Act 2006 to carry out restricted works on Rowley Lane Common.

The Planning Inspectorate will decide the application on behalf of the Secretary of State. The proposed works are: installation of a new driveway (block paving) over the grass verge, covering approximately 30 square metres. The works will be located at the grass verge fronting 7 Rowley Lane, Borehamwood, WD6 5PA. A copy of the application form and accompanying documents can be inspected at 7 Rowley Lane, Borehamwood, WD6 5PA during normal office hours until 1 October 2026. A copy of the application form and accompanying documents may be obtained by writing to 7 Rowley Lane, Borehamwood, WD6 5PA or by email to charliepeck1@hotmail.com.
