Notice Under Section 123 (2A) Local Government Act 1972 (as amended)
Former Toilet Block, Behind 17 Broadwalk, Near Woodlands Open Space, Pinner Road, North Harrow, HA2 6ED
1. The former toilet block behind 17 Broadwalk is freehold land held by the Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Harrow (“the Council”).
2. Proposed Occupier will be using the premises as an educational facility.
3. Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 123 (2A) Local Government Act 1972 that the Council intends to grant one lease for both properties.
4. Details of the property can be found on the Council’s website. Appointments to discuss can be made by contacting Jennifer.Webster@harrow.gov.uk.
5. Any objection or representation in respect of the Council’s proposed disposal of the properties must be made in writing to Jennifer.Webster@harrow.gov.uk.
