What is happening?

Notice Under Section 123 (2A) Local Government  Act 1972 (as amended)

Byron Recreation Bowls Pavilion, Byron Recreation Ground, Harrow, HA3 7FE

1. Byron Recreation Bowls Pavilion within Byron Recreation Ground is all freehold land held by the Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Harrow (“the Council”).

2. Proposed Occupier will be using the premises as an educational facility, sports facility, and community facility.

3. Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 123 (2A) Local Government Act 1972 that the Council intends to grant one lease for both properties.

4. Details of the property can be found on the Council’s website. Appointments to discuss can be made by contacting Jennifer.Webster@harrow.gov.uk.

5. Any objection or representation in respect of the Council’s proposed disposal of the properties must be made in writing to Jennifer.Webster@harrow.gov.uk.
