What is happening?

APPLICATION FOR A MARINE CONSTRUCTION LICENCE UNDER PART 4 OF THE MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009

Marine Licence application has been made by Short Brothers plc to carry out structural remediation and repair works to the bridge within its Airport Road, Belfast site, where the Connswater River enters the Musgrave Channel.

Marine and Fisheries Division DAERA, is the Marine Licensing authority for Northern Ireland, and controls the deposit of materials from the high water mean spring tide mark out to 12 nautical miles.
