SECTION 123 LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972
Bracknell Forest Borough Council hereby gives notice of intent to dispose of land known as land next to New Forest Ride, Martins Heron, Bracknell, Berkshire comprising approximately 700m² square metres. The prospective purchasers will use the land subject to the grant of planning permission as access to a residential development land in conjunction with adjoining land in their ownership. A plan showing the land intended to be disposed of is available for inspection at the offices of Bracknell Forest Borough Council, Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1JD in the Property Services Section during the hours of 9.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday.
Any person who wishes to comment or object to the proposal should write to the Borough Solicitor, Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1JD setting out the reasons for their representation. The closing date for the receipt of representations is 9.00 am 14th October 2026.
