NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Tandridge District Council intends to transfer open space land at Barnett’s Shaw Play Area, Oxted. The land is described in the Schedule below.
A plan showing the land may be viewed on the Council’s website at: www.tandridge.gov.uk/public notices or a copy of the plan may be requested by contacting: dandersson@tandridge.gov.uk or ctaylor @tandridge.gov.uk
Any representations or objections on the intended disposal must be made in writing for the attention of: Daniel Andersson, Council Offices, 8 Station Road East, Oxted, Surrey RH8 0BT or by email: dandersson@tandridge.gov.uk or ctaylor@tandridge. gov.uk quoting reference DCA/LEGAL/CAT/Barnetts Shaw to be received no later than 5pm on 17th September 2026.
