TAKE NOTICE that Stephen Andrews, Nathan Hall, Scott Smith, David Dunlop and Josh Coulter acting as Trustees of Cavanaleck LOL 623 of 465 Belfast Road, Fivemiletown, Co. Fermanagh, BT75 0SE have applied to Land Registry to be registered as full owners of certain land situate at 465 Belfast Road, Fivemiletown, Co. Fermanagh, BT75 0SE as set out on the map which may be inspected at the office of Land Registry at the address shown below.
Any person objecting to compliance with the application should write to the Registrar of Titles, Lanyon Plaza, 7 Lanyon Place, Belfast, BT1 3LP within 28 days of the publication of this notice stating valid grounds of objection.
The application number must be quoted on all correspondence. Unless any objection stating sufficient grounds is so lodged, registration may be effected pursuant to the application.
