APPLICATION FOR A MARINE LICENCE FOR annual maintenance dredging campaigns at Aberystwyth Marina
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Part 4, Chapter 1, Section 68 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 that Western Marinas Operations Ltd has applied to Natural Resources Wales, acting on behalf of the Licensing Authority, for a marine licence to undertake an annual maintenance dredging campaign by water injection methods at Aberystwyth Marina. Each campaign will remove up to 32,000m3 of sediment to ensure a maximum depth of -2.0mCD.

Hysbysir drwy hyn, yn unol â Rhan 4, Pennod 1, Adran 68, Deddf y Môr a Mynediad i’r Arfordir 2009, fod Western Marinas Operations Ltd wedi cyflwyno cais i Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru, sy’n gweithredu ar ran yr Awdurdod Trwyddedu, am drwydded forol ar gyfer ymgymryd â gwaith carthu blynyddol er mwyn cynnal a chadw drwy ddefnyddio dulliau chwistrellu dŵr ym Marina Aberystwyth. Bydd y gwaith hwn yn cael gwared o hyd at 32,000m3 o waddod bob tro i sicrhau dyfnder mwyaf o -2.0mCD.
