Planning and Land Act 1980

1. Notice is hereby given that West Oxfordshire District Council proposes, in accordance with Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended by Section 118 of the Local Planning and Land Act 1980), to dispose of land at Springfield Oval Witney, Oxon

2. The land referred to in paragraph 1 above totals approximately 3540.95m²/38114.49 ft2 or thereabouts

3. Full details of this proposal have been deposited together with a plan on Reception at West Oxfordshire District Council Offices, 3 Welch Way, Witney Oxfordshire OX28 6JH and may be inspected free of charge during normal office hours, Monday to Friday.

Any representation or objection with respect to the proposal should be sent in writing to: Assistant Director Shared Legal Service, West Oxfordshire District Council, Woodgreen, New Yatt Road, Witney, OX28 1NB or legal.services@publicagroup.uk

Quoting reference Springfield Oval/MG and should be received no later than 5pm on 1st September 2026. Please state the grounds upon which any representation or objection is made.
