What is happening?

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

The Duco Limited Final Salary Pension Scheme ("the Scheme")

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Scheme commenced windingup on 14th August 2026 and the Trustee of the Scheme is taking action to distribute the assets of the Scheme in accordance with the Scheme's governing documentation.

This notice is addressed to employees or former employees of TechnipFMC UK Limited (previous company name Technip UK Limited) and TechnipFMC Umbilicals Limited (previous company names include Duco Limited, Technip Umbilicals Limited and Dunlop Coflexip Umbilicals Limited) who believe that they were members of the Scheme.

If you are or were an employee of any of the above named companies and believe you are or were a member of the Scheme or you are a widow, widower, child or dependent of such an employee and have not received any correspondence from the Trustee about your potential benefits please contact the Trustee, Dalriada Trustees Limited, Sara Fisher at sara_fisher@dalriadatrustees.co.uk

Please provide full details of the benefits you believe you are entitled to including your full name, address, date of birth, NI number and details of when you worked for the employer of the Scheme. Please quote the Scheme name in all correspondence.

It is the Trustee's intention to complete the wind up of the Scheme and secure benefits for members and beneficiaries as soon as possible. 

If you do not contact the Trustee by 2 months from the date of the notice the Trustee will complete the wind up of the Scheme having regard only to the claims and interests that the Trustee had notice of.

The Trustee will not be liable to any other person whose claim the Trustee did not have notice of.

If you already receive a pension from the Scheme or you received a communication from the Trustee about the Trustee's intention to buyout the benefits you do not need to take any action as we already have details about your entitlement under the Scheme. Similarly, any person who has already made a claim and received a response from the Trustee does not need to respond to this Notice.
