MARTIN-BAKER PENSION SCHEME

Notice under Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925

Notice is given under Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustees of the Martin-Baker Pension Scheme (the "Scheme") are winding up the Scheme. The winding-up of the Scheme commenced on 13 July 2026.

Any person who believes they are entitled to any benefits under the Scheme is requested to write to the Trustees at the address below by 21 October 2026 to make a claim.

This may include employees or former employees of the following companies, and their spouses, partners, children, and dependants:

• Martin-Baker Aircraft Company Limited; and

• Killinchy Aerospace Holdings Limited (formerly known as Martin-Baker (Engineering) Limited).

Any person wishing to make a claim should include their full name, address, date of birth and details of the period of employment to which their claim relates.

After 21 October 2026, the Trustees will proceed to wind up the Scheme and secure benefits for any remaining beneficiaries, having regard only to the claims of which they have prior notice. The Trustees shall not be liable to any person of whose claims they have not had notice.

Any person who has been contacted by the Trustees at their current address or has already made a claim and received a response need not re-apply to the Trustees.
