TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT PLANNING AND LAND ACT 1980
TAKE NOTICE that Wirral Borough Council in pursuance of its powers contained in the above-mentioned Act intends to dispose of an area of public open space land adjacent to 127 Kings Drive Thingwall Wirral CH61 9QE containing approximately thirty seven square metres (37 sqm).
The plan showing the area of public open space land to be disposed of can be provided by either email on request by emailing enquiriesestatesteam@wirral.gov.uk or by writing to the Director of Property & Investment, Wirral Borough Council, P.O. Box 290 Brighton Street, Wallasey, Wirral CH27 9FQ in either case quoting reference PL/Legal 29518232.
A copy of this Notice and the plan identifying the public open space land can also be viewed at Heswall Library, Telegraph Road, Heswall CH60 0AF.
Any objections to the proposed disposal of the public open space land must be in writing and sent either by post to the Director of Property & Investment at the above address quoting reference PL/Legal 29518232 or by email to HRLA-Conveyancing@wirral.gov.uk quoting reference PL/Legal 29518232 by no later than 5:00 pm on 11th September 2026.
