NOTICE OF NON-STATUTORY PUBLIC INQUIRY COMMONS ACT 2006

APPLICATION TO REGISTER LAND KNOWN AS GLEBELANDS SPORTS FIELD, CHURCH EATON, STAFFORD AS A VILLAGE GREEN

Notice is hereby given that an Inspector appointed by Staffordshire County Council (acting as Commons Registration Authority for the area) will hold a nonstatutory public inquiry at a meeting hall at the offices of Staffordshire County Council at 1 Staffordshire Place, Tipping Street, Stafford ST16 2LP, starting at 10am on 4th September 2026 and continuing if necessary, on a second day on a date to be determined. Any person wishing to give oral evidence at the Inquiry may do so.
