What is happening?

Highampton Holy Cross (Diocese of Exeter)
The Church Commissioners have prepared a draft scheme providing for the sale of the closed church building of Highampton Holy Cross and part of the churchyard for use as a single residential dwelling.  
A copy of the draft Scheme may be inspected at  Highampton Village Hall. You may also access the draft Scheme on the Commissioners’ website from the link to draft schemes online at www.churchofengland.org/consultation or obtain or inspect a copy during normal office hours at the Church Commissioners’ office by applying to Alex Copsey. Large print and/or audio copies are available on request.    
A drop-in session will take place on the 14th September at Highampton Village Hall between 15:00 and 19:00, at which members of the Commissioners’ will be available to answer any questions those attending may have about the proposals.  
Having considered the proposals you may make representations either in support or against the draft scheme by e-mail to closedchurches.reps@churchofengland.org or by writing to Representations, Mission and Pastoral Services, Church Commissioners, Church House, Great Smith Street, London  SW1P 3AZ.  
Please note that any communications received after 25th September can not be treated as a representation.
