NOTICE OF INTENTION TO MAKE BYELAWS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Welshpool Town Council intends to make byelaws relating to Open Spaces, Markets and Public Toilets.
Copies of the draft byelaws may be inspected free of charge from 10 August 2026 to 21 September 2026 at the Welshpool Information Centre, Vicarage Gardens, Welshpool, SY21 7DD during normal opening hours, or online at https://www.welshpooltowncouncil.gov.uk/consultation/
Written representations must be received by 21 September 2026 and should be sent to the above postal address or via email at town.clerk@welshpooltowncouncil.gov.uk
