Notice is hereby given that South Hams District Council intends to dispose of a leasehold interest in the public open space at the above location, to Dartmouth Area Sports Hub (DASH).
A plan of the land affected is available for inspection at SHDC main reception at Follaton House. Representations to the intended disposal must be made in writing to The Estates Team, SHDC, Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes TQ9 5NE (or by email to estates@swdevon.gov.uk) no later than 11th September 2026.
