Birthed in the UK on April twenty first nineteen sixty six do give full notice to; Governor at the Bank [of] England that me and my husband and mother; land, water and mineral rites were transferred to The National Debt Commissioners via Birth Registration without our consent. The transfer now in dividends are owed to the claimants.

May first two thousand and six has rejected the transfer to the UK Crown Corporation and demand return [of] our dividends
