Birthed in the UK on June eleventh one thousand nine hundred and forty do give full notice to; Governor at Bank [of] England that me and my wife and my mother and my father; land, water and mineral rites where transferred to The National Debt Commissioners via Birth Registration without our consent. The transfer now in dividends are owed to the claimants.
