Notice is hereby given that Cheltenham Borough Council intends to dispose by way of a lease land and building which comprises part of the public open space at Imperial Gardens, Cheltenham, together with the Town Hall, Imperial Square, Cheltenham, and having an area of approximately 1334 Square Meters.
It is intended that the lease will be granted to The Cheltenham Trust Charity number 1158606 (Company number 9021431), who will continue to manage the Council's leisure and cultural services up to and including 30th September 2034.
Plans identifying the land can be requested from Fiona.Heubeck@cheltenham.gov.uk
Any person wishing to object to the grant of the said lease should do so in writing to Fiona Heubeck at Municipal Offices, Promenade, Cheltenham, GL50 9SA specifying the grounds on which their objection is made by no later than 9.00am on 3rd September 2026.
Any objections received will be referred to the Council's Cabinet for consideration before it makes its decision whether or not to proceed with the lease.
