In accordance with the Local Government Act 1972 section 123(2A), Stroud District Council gives notice of its intention to dispose of Canalside land adjacent to the A419, Stonehouse and Land at Wharfdale Way, Stonehouse to Stonehouse Town Council. Plans showing the location of the sites are displayed in the entrance area to the reception of Stroud District Council, Ebley Mill, Ebley Wharf, Stroud GL5 4UB and at www.stroud.gov.uk/disposalopenspace. If you object to this proposed disposal, please write stating your reasons to the Head of Property Services at the address above or email to estates.admin@stroud.gov.uk The closing date for objections is 4.30pm Friday 11th September 2026.
