NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that HUNTINGDONSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL pursuant to section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 intends to dispose of the amenity land at the junction of Fletchers Close and Great Whyte, Ramsey by way of a sale of the land, which is currently held as amenity land.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PARCEL OF LAND
The land situated at the junction of Fletchers Close and Great Whyte, Ramsey being an area of 40 meters squared (“the Land”).
A plan of the Land which will be subject to sale may be inspected upon written request to The Estates Department. Huntingdonshire District Council contact details below.
NOTES: Any objections to the proposed disposal of the Land must be made in writing and addressed to the Estates Department, Pathfinder House, St Mary’s Street, Huntingdon, PE29 3TN or by email to: CRM_Estates@huntingdonshire.gov.uk and also a copy sent to the legal department – Property, 3C Shared Services, South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne Business Park, Cambridge CB23 6EA prior to [2 weeks from advert]
