Notice is hereby given that South Hams District Council intends to dispose of its interest in a number of public open spaces at the above location, to Malborough Parish Council. The use of the parcels of land will remain unchanged.
A plan of the land affected is available for inspection at SHDC main reception at Follaton House. Representations to the intended disposal must be made in writing to The Estates Team, SHDC, Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes TQ9 5NE (or by email to estates@swdevon.gov.uk) no later than 4th September 2026.
