OFFICIAL NOTICE

WANDSWORTH BOROUGH COUNCIL

Local Government Act 1972, Section 123(2A)

Land at Barn Elms, SW13 0DG

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth intends to dispose of premises at the above-mentioned land. The area of land for disposal is approximately 359 square metres.

For clarification: in this instance “intention to dispose” refers to the Council’s intention to let derelict depot premises at Barn Elms, SW13 0DG, for restoration and continued use as depot space.

A plan showing the location and extent of the area to be disposed may be inspected during normal office hours at the Customer Centre, Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 2PU.

Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing addressed to: The Assistant Director of Valuation and Asset Management Service, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils, Room 217, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London SW18 2PU by no later than 3rd September 2026.
