Notice is hereby given that on 16 July 2026 a petition was presented to Dunfermline Sheriff Court on behalf Edmund Eusebi craving the Court inter alia to permit the Petitioner in the period of 5 years from 20 February 2025 to (a) be director of Eusebi Park Rd Ltd trading with the names “Eusebi Café” and “Eusebi Deli” (b) in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the promotion, formation or management of Eusebi Park Rd Ltd using the names “Eusebi Café” and “Eusebi Deli”; or (c) in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the carrying on of the business carried on by Eusebi Park Rd Ltd under the names “Eusebi Café” and “Eusebi Deli” in which Petition the Sheriff of Tayside, Central and Fife at Dunfermline, by Interlocutor dated 28th July 2026 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
