LAND AND BUILDINGS AT COUNTY HALL SPETCHLEY ROAD WORCESTER WR5 2NP DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE BY WAY OF FREEHOLD DISPOSAL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by Worcestershire County Council (the “Council”) that, in accordance with section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972, the Council intends to dispose of the whole or part of the land and buildings having an area of up to approximately 9 Hectares and known as County Hall, Spetchley Road Worcester WR5 2NP (the “Property”).
The Property includes areas which consist or may be deemed to consist of public open space.
A plan showing the potential area of the Property to be sold can be viewed on the Council’s website www.worcestershire.gov.uk on the Property Services page, inspected during normal office hours at Worcestershire County Council offices, Wildwood, Wildwood Drive, Worcester WR5 2QT or requested by emailing s123countyhall@worcestershire.gov.uk
Objections or other representations to the potential disposal must be made in writing by emailing s123countyhall@worcestershire.gov.uk, via online form on the Council’s website on Property Services page or addressed to the Assistant Director for Legal and Governance, Worcestershire County Council, County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester WR5 2NP to be received by no later than 3rd September 2026.
