PROPOSAL TO DISPOSE OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE
- Notice is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council intends, in accordance with Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 to dispose of its leasehold interest of the Land at The Hyde Rowan Avenue, Hove. A plan showing the location of the said land is available by request via email amp@brighton-hove.gov.uk
- Persons wishing to make representations relating to the said proposals should make them in writing to the Head of Estates, Hove Town Hall, Norton Road, Hove, BN3 3BQ - ref. Stewart Blackford, Estates Surveyor - or by email to amp@brighton-hove.gov.uk to be received no later than noon 24th August 2026.
