GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123(1), (2A) LAND AT FOLLY LANE WINDYRIDGE GARDENS CHELTENHAM
DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE BY WAY OF EASEMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Cheltenham Borough Councils intends to grant an easement over the above land having an area of 43m x 1m (below surface level) or thereabouts forming part of the Land at Folly Lane Windyridge Gardens Cheltenham which consists of an open space.
A plan identifying the land can be inspected upon request.

Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and address to Shahzia Daya at the address below specifying the grounds on which the objection is made no later than 27th August 2026.
Any objections received will be referred to the Council’s Cabinet for consideration before it makes its decision whether or not to proceed with the grant of easement.
