Intended disposal of open space land at Hill Grove, Caterham

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Tandridge District Council transfer land that is at Hill Grove open space to the Caterham on the Hill Parish Council. The land is described in the Schedule below.

A plan showing the land may be viewed on the Council’s website at: www.tandridge.gov.uk/public notices or a copy of the plan may be requested by contacting: dandersson@tandridge.gov.uk or ctaylor @tandridge.gov.uk

Any representations or objections on the intended disposal must be made in writing for the attention of: Daniel Andersson, Council Offices, 8 Station Road East, Oxted, Surrey RH8 0BT or by email: dandersson@tandridge.gov.uk or ctaylor@tandridge. gov.uk quoting reference DCA/LEGAL/CAT/Hill Grove to be received no later than 5pm on 20th August 2026.

SCHEDULE: The land at Hill Grove, Caterham, more particularly delineated on the plan.
