Public Spaces Protection Order

Notice is hereby given that Wychavon District Council, in exercise of its powers under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 proposes to make a Public Spaces Protection Order (“PSPO”). The PSPO will place controls on dog fouling, prohibit dogs entering play areas and require a dog to be placed on a lead and will be made across the Wychavon District. Any person who fails to comply with the PSPO without reasonable excuse may commit an offence and be liable to prosecution.

The council requests representations from members of the public on our proposal to make the PSPO.

A draft copy of the proposed PSPO can be found on our website. www.wychavon.gov.uk

Members of the public can make comments via any of the following methods:

2. By email on client.services@wychavon.gov.uk where a hardcopy of the consultation can be requested.
