NOTICE is hereby given that Swindon Borough Council intends to dispose of 2.5 acres of land deemed to be Public Open Space at the end of Arkwright Road, Groundwell Industrial Estate, Swindon. The land would be used to facilitate the construction of a bridge over the adjoining A419 dual carriageway. A plan showing the land can be inspected, by appointment, at Customer Services, Swindon Borough Council, Central Library, Regent Circus, Swindon.
Any objections to such disposal should be made in writing to the Head of Property Assets, at Swindon Borough Council, Civic Offices, Euclid Street, Swindon SN1 2JH, by 19 August 2026.
